Sahelian Solutions (SASOL) is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) registered in the Republic of Kenya. Our priorities are in the areas of community development, access to water, and food and income security.
SASOL Foundation is commonly associated with building sand dams. While sand dams are an excellent way to provide a community with long term water and food security, SASOL is involved in many other areas as well. These include:
- Enterprise Development
- ICT Community Training
- Student Professional Exchanges
- Conservation Agriculture
SASOL Foundation was also one of the two hosts for the inaugural Sand Dam Conference, held at the Garden Hotel in Machakos, August 5-9, 2013. The other host was Utooni Development Organization.
